All orders require payment in full before dispatch. We operate a pay-before-dispatch model. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been received and confirmed. We accept card payments via Stripe and bank transfer.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event that we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days. Circumstances may include items being unavailable, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in pricing.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to change. A flat delivery charge of £3.95 applies to all orders under £50; orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
